We have been receiving reports that some members have encountered difficulty in entering scores into the Golf Canada handicap system.
Upon investigation it appears that members who use the cell phone app to access the Golf Canada handicap system need to download a fresh copy of the Golf Canada app. Apparently there were some changes implemented over the winter, so a fresh download will provide access to the correct version of the app.
A few other members have reported that they have forgotten their password or user id. In order to reset either of these, go to the Golf Canada web page and click on Forgot User Id or Forgot Password. Golf Canada will send reset instructions to the e-mail address on file. If you have do not receive an e-mail from Golf Canada, then it is possible that your have changed your e-mail address or the current address on file is incorrect. In either case, please send an e-mail to email@example.com and request that we update your Golf Canada membership record.
